Imagine yourself surrounded by nature, with a glorious view of the Hudson Highlands and private saltwater pool. Our retro cabin offers four bedrooms, a variety of sleeping arrangements, two full bathrooms, and an enjoyable outdoor deck with barbeque. Our house is adjacent to Fahnestock park with a desirable trail system just up the road. We are less than 15 minutes from the Town of Cold Spring, a wonderful place to grab a cup of coffee, visit the shops on Main Street, and eat a delicious meal. We are located one hour from NYC, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of the City. This year, we are hosting stays for a minumum of one week.

We offer the following sleeping arrangements for our guests:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with sitting area
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, two twin beds, and optional sleeping couch
- Bedroom 4 / TV Room: TV room with optional Full futon / sofa bed
- Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with tub / shower
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub / shower
- Bathroom 3: Half bath

Our exterior deck has a gas BBQ, dining table, and chairs. Our pool area offers lounge chairs, cool breezes, and a stunning view to enjoy. Gatherings or outside visitors are not permitted without explicit permission from the Host. We utilize enhanced cleaning measures, leaving 24 hours between guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

There will be a fee of $25 per person per night for groups of 6-8 guests.
