Welcome to Reserva del Mar, a resort-style apartment complex with three pools, restaurants, a soccer field, gym, kids' play area, water park, and exclusive beach access — all just steps from your door. Our clean, sunny apartment sits on an upper floor away from the elevator for added privacy, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. Each of the two bedrooms has an en-suite bath, and the kitchen is well-equipped for typical stays (guests planning an extended stay with heavy cooking may want to bring a few extra basics). We're happy to provide concierge services on-site so you can relax and enjoy your time with us.

Please note: shared amenities (pools, water park, and play areas) are professionally maintained and occasionally closed for service. We'll let you know about any known closures before your arrival so there are no surprises.

Located at Playa Salguero, five minutes to El Rodadero beach, and 15 minutes from Simón Bolívar International Airport.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to purchase a bracelet for use of the shared amenities. Cost is $60,400 COP (approx. $17 USD), payable by card or transfer only.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one month. Upon arrival to the property, all guests will be required to purchase a bracelet for use of the shared amenities. The cost of each bracelet is $60,400 COP, or approximately $17 USD and can only be paid by card or transfer.
