Enjoy yourself in our three pools, restaurants, soccer field, gym, kids play area and water park, exclusive beach access...and more! Our clean, sunny apartment has excellent views of the surrounding mountains and is on the upper floor away from the elevator, adding to your privacy. Each of our two bedrooms has an en-suite bath, and our kitchen has everything you need to stay comfortable during your stay. We are happy to provide you with concierge services while on site, so that you can relax and enjoy your time with us! We are located at Playa Salguero, five minutes to El Rodadero beach, and 15 minutes from Simón Bolívar International Airport.
Upon arrival to the property, all guests will be required to purchase a bracelet for use of the shared amenities. The cost of each bracelet is $60,400 COP, or approximately $17 USD and can only be paid by card or transfer.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
