Enjoy a cozy weekend with your closest friends and family at our spacious Hudson Valley retreat. Located one hour from NYC, between Cold Spring and Beacon, and 5 minutes from the Appalachian Trail. Our comfortable home hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a loft area with gym including Peloton and treadmill, a chef's kitchen, plus a spectacular hot tub and seasonal pool with a breathtaking view (open Spring - Fall). We look forward to hosting you!

We offer the following sleeping arrangements for our guests:
- Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite full bath
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed and desk
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and desk
- Bedroom 4 / Gym: Twin bed with additional trundle twin bed and gym
- Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with shower
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and two attached half baths for Bedrooms 2 & 3
- Bathroom 3: Half bath

We are located between Cold Spring and Beacon, on a beautiful hillside with an incredible view. Our home is private, but not secluded. Our neighborhood is wonderful for walking, jogging, and hiking, with the Appalachian trail located only 5 minutes from the house. We are located 10 minutes from Fahnstock State Park and 5 minutes from Fishkill Farms!

Please note: Our pool is open from June - September. All guests must sign a waiver prior to staying at our home, due to the nature of our pool, hot tub and exercise equipment.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks.
