Just five minutes from the train, one hour from NYC, and around the corner from Main Street shops and restaurants, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Our gingerbread home has two comfortable bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a sunny patio with backyard. We would love to host you for a weekend of hiking, shopping and fine dining in our charming little town of Cold Spring.

Our home is well-appointed with special details that celebrate this warm historic 1900's cottage. The first floor enters into a comfortable sitting area, leading into a spacious dining room, kitchen, and half bath with a sunny walk-out patio and backyard. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with queen beds and our full bathroom with a tub and shower. We can't wait to host you for a memorable visit!

Guests will have access to the entire home, patio and backyard during their stay. We prefer that guests do not enter the basement, and several closets are marked for the owner's use. We are pleased to offer family-friendly amenities, such as a high chair and toys for little ones.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks.
